- Diet: Listeria (soft cheese)/ Fish (Hg, Cd)
- Folate 0.5mg (High risk - Carbamezapine/ Epilim 5mg) 1 mo before 3 after (prevents neural tube defects)
- Iodine (hypoTR is big issue)
- Vaccination (Rubella, varicella)
- Genetic testing (Fragile X, CF, haemoglobinopathies)1
- Avoid TORCH inf
